		Overdraft Protection Line-of-Credit This type of “personal protection loan” for your Vantage Credit Union checking account acts as a “safety net” to keep you from bouncing checks and incurring fees should you overdraw your checking account. If necessary, funds are automatically transferred from the line-of-credit to cover your clearing checks. There is no fee for the service, but an applicable interest rate applies. You must apply, and be approved, for the overdraft protection line-of-credit, in order for it to become effective.
