6. With the approval of the Board of Directors and the Division of Credit Unions, any group requesting membership or individuals or entities working or residing within a well-defined geographic area.

7. People who live or work in the South County zip code areas of 63123, 63125, 63128, 63129 and 63126.

9. The civilian and military personnel whose employing agencies are located at 9700 page, 1655 Woodson Rd, 111 Winnebago St. Louis, Missouri and their family, associations, co-partnerships, corporations, and former members who terminated their account while in good standing.

10. People who reside or are employed in Warren County.

11. People who reside or work in St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County, Franklin County or Cape Girardeau County.

12. Any full-time employee of a school district in St. Clair County, Illinois; any person working for the City of East St. Louis, Illinois; and family members of either of these groups.
