Welcome Summer and Savings News

No votes yet

Memorial day is here bringing with it the usual pool openings.  I always look forward to this weekend as being the unofficial beginning to summer.  Usually there are a few good movies in the theaters and a few good sales too.  Hopefully you get a chance to get out and enjoy the weather, maybe BBQ and spend some quality time with family or friends.

I also wanted to pass some interesting credit union news along.  I stumbled across this article this morning and thought it was significant: "Strong Share Growth Demonstrates Industry's Value".  With banks failing or getting bailed out, credit unions are experiencing good deposit growth.  Some believe this is significant in a few ways.  I'll leave you all to decide for yourself.

Have a safe and enjoyable Memorial day weekend and thank you to all those who have served.
