Internet Explorer 8 Issues (IE8)

No votes yet

It has come to our attention there are some incompatibilities with Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) and the bill payer section of our website.  If you continue to have issues, I would recommend trying another web browser, like Firefox (Click Here), until the needed fixes are put in place or feel free to call the bill pay support line at 1-866-321-7075 and we will be able to assist you.  The website will be updated on Saturday September 26th.  After that date, IE8 will be fully supported.

For more information on web the browsers we support, please visit the MyVantage Online banking website and click on  "Browser Recommendations" at the bottom.

Thanks,

We are Vantage customers who would also like to see a Finance Works type program available. With online banking as "esential" as it has become it is more and more important for families to have well integrated budgeting software that provides a quick overview of current monthly spending. The ability to budget into the future is also a great feature.

@Angela:
We agree! We would like to offer a personal financial management tool to our members in the near future. There are a number of services available and we are evaluating them. We will let members know the direction we're heading once we have identified the solution we plan to implement. Thank you for your comments and your business!

I had a very nice experience in accessing my account with Arsenal CU. They now have a new feature called Finance Works powered by Quicken. It captures your accounts and keeps track of all your spending and puts it in categories so when you access your account you have an idea where your money is going, whether shopping to the grocery store, shopping and it allows you to set monthly goals and keeps track of it. This is a wonderful feature that is being offered free. I really like it and even though VCU is my better banking institution, I would like to see if it's possible to have such a feature that you may offer to your customers.

This is becoming a popular feature at many financial institutions and we are paying attention. While I can't say we'll definitely offer something like Finance Works at VCU, please know we are researching similar products and discussing options. Thanks for the input Terri.
