This post only applies to members using an Apple computer and Quicken to download account information. Members using Microsoft Windows are not affected.
Some members started reporting an OL-249 error this week when attempting to download transactions or setup a new account using Quicken. This error can be fixed by following the instructions in this article from Quicken's website: Quicken OL-249 Error (CLICK HERE).
