I think instead of one person winning $25000 they should have one winner from each location where they signed up for the Specials Savings. Chances of winning are so slim with all the locations and number of people entered. I know I would rather win $5000 and have a better chance to win then $25000 and know there is no way little old me would win the whole contest.

I was at the Vantage in St. Peters in July and she said they were having the promotion but I never rcvd a scratch off for a chance to win a grocery gift card? I even signed up for the special savings program. Where can i get my chance to scratch off?

@ Anonymous,

Our Have Enough campaign is being promoted at certain events being hosted on different dates at Vantage branches, and also at community events/parades. If you look at our Upcoming Events calendar here on our website (to the left), you'll see where you'll have a chance to receive a scratch-off at one of our upcoming events in Warrenton, West County, East St. Louis and Wentzville.

By having signed up for a qualifying Special Savings account, you also have a chance to win our $25,000 grand prize.

Good luck,
Kathy

@Anonymous
Thank you for your comments. Over the years, we have tried different hours of operations at different locations before settling on our current hours. We are always looking at providing higher levels of service and convenience to our Members in an efficient manner. I am currently reviewing our hours of operation and will definitely take your comments into consideration. Thanks, Jim

As a customer of Vantage, I find that the hours are not that convenient for the customer. I also found that the changes that Vantage makes for "security purposes" for the customer, is not always for some of the customers convenience. There are those customers, such as myself, who have jobs that never close. We are 24 hour, 7 days per week. Therefore, we work longer hours than most. With this being said, your banking hours do not last long enough to just, "stop in and make changes" to an account. Which, on average, is what has to be done to make changes. Why are your hours so short? Why is there not at least one day that you stay open to at least 6p.m., or 6:30pm? Why is there not at least one day where the drive-thru opens at 8am, or 8:30am. The average bank has those types of hours. I go to your bank for location convenience. Yet, there is nothing convenient about banking there. Half of the time, the ATM machine is not working properly, so that we have to catch the bank when it opens. I also work weekends. I am not saying you have to work around me. It just is strange that your bank does not consider others such as myself, who are members.

CAN AN EX EMPLOYEE WIN

The contest rules don't exclude former employees.
