Vantage partners with the Missouri Credit Union Association and the national Homes For Our Troops program to offer seriously disabled troops a home that provides maximum freedom of movement and the ability to live more independently.
Homes For Our Troops is a national non-profit organization founded in 2004. It’s committed to helping those who have selflessly given to our country by donating money, building materials and professional labor to be used in the building of homes given to worthy veterans free of charge.
This latest recipient is Marine Corporal Justin McLoud. The 23-year-old Cedar Hill native lost both legs and an arm in an explosion in Afghanistan in December of 2010. His new home (funded by Missouri credit unions, including Vantage and its members) is located in Festus, Missouri. For more on Cpl. Justin McCloud, click here.
