Old documents. Old bikes. We’ll take both!

Mark your calendars! We’re combining two great events on one date and at one location:

     Saturday, April 27
     9:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.
     Bridgeton Administrative Building
     4020 Fee Fee Road

First, it’s the Cooperative Credit Union Shred Event, and we’ll have a professional shredding service available for anyone who has sensitive material to destroy but no shredder. This is a FREE service, so pack up all those for-your-eyes-only documents and bring them over. We’ll unload your bundle from your vehicle and have it destroyed in no time. Quick. Easy. Free. You’ll drive off the parking lot with some real peace of mind!

Our other event allows you to help out a very worthy cause, The St. Louis Bicycle Works Earn-a-Bike program. If you have a bike that isn’t getting much use around your house, St. Louis Bicycle Works can certainly get some mileage out of it. Their program teaches kids responsibility with a hands-on course that involves donated bikes. Kids attend classes once a week for five weeks learning all about safety and maintenance associated with bikes. Upon “graduation,” each kid receives his/her own bike, helmet, light and lock as well as a group safety ride. What a great program, and it all starts with generous donations of used bikes. Please consider helping out! Brings your used bike to our event April 27!
