Joining Vantage makes you part of our family, and as family, we protect you with $1,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance coverage––at no cost to you!

Who's eligible?
All Vantage members age 18 or over when applying, are eligible for coverage, and all eligible members who complete and return an enrollment form will be accepted. There are no medical exams or lengthy health questionnaires to qualify for this insurance, and coverage becomes effective on the first day of the month on the next available quarterly effective date following receipt of your enrollment form.

Coverages and costs

• Eligible members receive $1,000 of no-cost AD&D coverage once they enroll
• Members have the option to purchase additional coverage in increments between $10,000 and $250,000
• AD&D insurance covers participating members for loss of life, limb, sight, hearing or speech as a result of a covered accident
• Coverage is reduced by 50% at age 70 and older
