Your incoming phone calls are answered by Vantage Credit Union employees in our centralized Phone Center during business hours. Please note: use our 800 number only if you are outside the 314 area code. If you need to speak with a specific branch or department employee, one of our friendly Phone Center employees will be happy to transfer your call.

We do receive a large volume of e-mail and make every attempt to respond in a timely manner. In most cases, you’ll receive an e-mail response the same business day.
