Your incoming phone calls are answered by Vantage Credit Union employees in our centralized Phone Center during business hours. Please note: use our 800 number only if you are outside the 314 area code. If you need to speak with a specific branch or department employee, one of our friendly Phone Center employees will be happy to transfer your call.

We do receive a large volume of e-mail and make every attempt to respond in a timely manner. In most cases, you’ll receive an e-mail response the same business day. However, if you have an urgent matter requiring immediate attention, please call us. Also, please contact us via MyVantage secure messaging or by phone if you need to discuss confidential account information.
