Are you open?

Yes, as an essential service we remain open to meet your financial needs. However, branches will be operating at a limited capacity with drive-ups open for teller and ATM transactions. Stay up-to-date by referencing our message from the President & CEO.

What can I do to manage my accounts if I don’t want to leave my home?

Members can take care of much of their credit union business online and with electronic signature. Use online banking or our mobile app to move money between accounts, deposit checks, pay bills, and more. If you need a loan or to modify your account, start the process online and we’ll help you get it taken care of. You can even address many of your investment, insurance, and mortgage needs electronically. There are many service requests you can handle from the comfort of your own home.

Do you offer any options to skip a loan payment?

Yes, we have a Skip-A-Payment program available for members. Learn more about how the program works and if your loan qualifies by visiting our information page and related FAQs. If you need additional accommodations based on your situation, please reach out to speak with a member of our team.

What happens if I am out of work for two weeks or longer and can’t make my loan payment?

We’ll work with you to assess your individual situation and provide a solution that best fits your need. Whether that be making adjustments to a current loan or offering relief with a loan specifically created to assist members facing financial difficulty during this time. I didn’t get paid due to my company being closed and overdrew my account, will the NSF fee(s) be waived?

We understand that some members may be impacted by temporary company closures due to COVID-19. Please contact us so we can have your account reviewed to see what we can do to address your situation.

I’ve been out of work and need help, can I get an emergency loan?

There are several ways we can help with our existing loan options or with our that Relief Loan we created to assist members facing financial difficulties during this time. We can offer 90 days to first payment on some of our loans and offer loans with or without collateral. Connect with us and we’d be happy to discuss the best solution for your specific needs.

Are you offering any special loans or reduced rates?

For members experiencing financial difficulties during this time, we’re offering a relief loan. Our relief loans have rates as low as 6.99% APR, up to $2,500.00 with the option to defer the initial payment for 90 days for members with qualifying credit. * We encourage you to connect with us for details or apply for a signature loan now.

* Annual Percentage Rate (APR) based on applicant creditworthiness. Payment example: A $2,500 loan at 6.99% APR for 48 months would be approximately $59.85 monthly.

With the CARES Act having been passed, is Vantage Credit Union an approved lender able to participate in the Paycheck Protection Program or provide Economic Injury Disaster Loans?

While we’re currently reviewing options as to how we might be able to help individual members with small businesses in coordination with our business lending partner, we encourage members who are small business owners to visit the SBA site for more information and to apply directly with them as they will be guided through the application process and provided with an SBA-approved lender.
