For the second year in a row, Vantage Credit Union has been selected as one of St. Louis’ Top Workplaces. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch recognized 100 companies and organizations in St. Louis as Top Workplaces for 2016. Vantage ranked 17 in the midsize category.
The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC. The survey taken focused on each company’s organizational health. OrgHealth™ evaluates a company’s likelihood of succeeding in the long term. Three key factors to organizational health are: *Alignment*–a measure of where the company is headed, its values and cooperation; *Effectiveness*–how the company is getting to where it aims to go; and *Connection*–a gauge of whether employees feel appreciated and that their work is meaningful. According to WorkplaceDynamics, employees, above everything else, want to work at companies with high levels of OrgHealth.
Vantage Credit Union President and CEO, Eric Acree, is pleased to see Vantage win a spot again this year on the Top Workplaces list. “We greatly appreciate all of our employees for the tremendous work they do and are thrilled they view their employer as a Top Workplace in St. Louis,” he said.
Congratulations to our staff!
