If your card has been lost or stolen, it’s imperative that you alert Vantage Credit Union immediately. You can block your card by logging in to the eBranch and clicking on More Account Details above your card transaction history, then click on Services. When you select Report Card Lost/Stolen, follow the directions on screen to block your lost/stolen card and have a new one issued.
If you are unable to log in to your account, please call Vantage during business hours at 314.298.0055 or 800.522.6009 so we can cancel your current card and issue you a new one. After business hours and on weekends/holidays:
For debit/ATM cards: call 866.820.8792
For credit cards: call 800.449.7728
Also, contact the credit bureaus to let them know if fraud has occurred on your credit card. A “Fraud Alert” message will be placed on your file. You should also request a copy of your credit report and review it carefully.

Also, you can also call the police in the jurisdiction where your card(s) was stolen to report the theft.
